Still here, just really busy.

Orion is back in the shop. This time it's the oil pan seal, the timing chamber seal, the VTEC solenoid, and the VVT control solenoid.

Another 2500.00.

It's a 17 year old vehicle, so honestly, it's probably long past time for that stuff to start to fail. But if we can get another 10+ years out of it, we'll take it.

Just sucks, because we'd *just* got bills paid down/off. Ugh.

Sold a bunch of scarves at the Big Otter Mill Festival, so back to weaving up a few more for the next event in 3 weeks.

Thanks for the offer, but no, I will not be joining BlueSky, because Jack is another Musk- won't join Threads either. I've actually been cutting back drastically on social media consumption in the last month.

I still use Instagram sporadically and Mastodon, or I'm here.

Yeah, I get it. Stepping back from social media is a healthy thing to do. I just figured you'd like to be on there for the purposes of promotion. For the time being, at least, Bluesky is pretty much what Twitter used to be and I like it. The offer stands, if you change your mind.

Jack is definitely dodgy, but, IMO anyway, not as bad as Space Karen. They are both deep in the endlessly toxic techbrah culture, but Jack, for all his weirdness, does seem to have a functioning brain and be able to make decisions based on something other than thin-skinned narcissism. Space Karen is both malicious and deeply stupid.

My own un-crossable lines are drawn around any and all platforms under the sway of Zuck. Now, there is one evil son-of-a-bitch. So no FB, Threads, or Insta for me.
