dantesspiritPlumbing issues fixed. We can do laundry and dishes again.
Laptop tried to do a Windows update Monday night into Tuesday. Managed to corrupt my profile, then *completely wipe it*.
That was more than I wanted to cope with, so I made it uninstall that latest update. Which mostly fixed the issues- my avatar pic is still gone. If I shut down, it'll try to install again, so not shutting down until Friday, when I can restart it and let Mark deal with it, as we have no classes that evening.
Meanwhile, been researching my dad's half sister's family branch of the tree.
Ye gads it's more convoluted than mine is. 6 kids, multiple marriages between them all, some with out of wedlock kids, and then most of those kids, all repeat the cycle.
Add to this, some have their mom's maiden name, some have their dad's last name, some have their step dad's last name. It gets confusing.
And why the devil do these people have multiple Facebook pages? As in, 3-4 pages for several of them. Ugh.
