I am always amazed at the sheer variety of birds here.
When we lived in the townhouse, our landlord was fairly prompt too, about repairs.
The house my brother lives in is rented through a property management company, and I'm betting the house is simply a tax write off for the owner, unfortunately. He's on the wait list for a low income residential place that we'd checked out before, so that's something at least.
