Imagine my surprise upon realizing my debit/check card has expired and I have not received a new one yet. (It's been that kind of last month or so)
Now imagine the shock and resulting anger when I find out that *I have to order a new one and pay for the service*.
What happened to banks just sending out new cards before the old expired?
Oh! And to get a new card, *I have to give my old one up *first*, before I even have a new card!*
WTF, Woodforest.

Yes ...
Things like this are why some people are backing away from banks and keeping their resources somewhere else. It took 500 years of ass-busting effort to convince people to trust banks, and now they're just pissing it away. >_
